Body Connection Breath Work is a specifically curated breathing class that uses the earth elements as well as the collective energy of individuals within the class to determine the outcome of the breath journey. This allows you to show up as you are, and receive exactly what you need. With This form of connected work- air, fire, water and earth set the tone for creating balance and connection within ourselves. Every class will end with a meditation.
