Into The Heart: A Two-Day Sound Gathering
Join us for a weekend of conscious devotion as we explore sound as medicine, healing, and a pathway to spiritual, cosmic, and universal connection. The heart is what holds all of life and our soul essence, connecting us to one another in the interconnected web of all creation.
This gathering is intentionally designed to bring our community together to sing, chant, and rest comfortably in our own individual energetic fields, as well as the collective heart-conscious field we will build together.
Our Co-Creators & Offerings
The Spheres: A local group based in universal traditions. They cultivate love, honor, and reverence to the earth, one another, and all that is through sacred sound.
Hayley Godfrey: Hayley beautifully ties body awareness, guided breath, elemental energy, intuitive journeying, and transformational spirit connection into her immersive sound and meditation sessions.
John Terlazzo: A singer, songwriter, and poet who has deeply explored the depths of humanity and creative consciousness. John will be offering words of wisdom and introspective poetry and song.

Friday, July 24th
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Kirtan with The Spheres
Saturday, July 25th
2:00 PM: Guided Meditation & Sound Immersion with Hayley Godfrey
3:30 PM: Poems & Songs with John Terlazzo
5:00 PM: Peace Jams with The Spheres
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Community Dinner (Optional to stay! Health-conscious food will be lovingly provided by your hosts.)

We are gathering at the Amazing Mind Body Soul Center (142 Mill St, Canandaigua, NY).
To support your practice and keep you completely comfortable, the center is fully air-conditioned and features:
